Healthy Lifestyles

Thought this was soo cute! LOL
...and I have been slacking this whole week on my diet so it reminded me of where I want to be in 3 months. I really need to get it together. I have been trying to lose this belly fat on and off for a year or so. My weight went from 213 (Oct 2010) to 210 to 206 to 204 to 203 to 200 to 196.5 (Feb 2011).
*I have lost 16.5lbs since October*
- I would like to get to 160lbs-170lbs -
Just send prayers of strength my way because FOOD, unhealthy-processed- sodium filled, sugar filled, fried foods taste so good BUT after starting to eat all the opposite healthy foods, you realize the food that is good for you, may take more effort to prepare, but taste better and will help you to feel good in the long run.
