It's My Birthday Bitches!!

I know I have posted something after Feb. 2011 -

I will be 30 years old in 16 hours and I just would like to Thank God for getting me here.
Its been a struggle but many good lessons learned. Thanks to all my friends and family that have been there and I love you all. God Bless....

The Sacred Heart Medical Diet!!
Sacred Heart Medical Diet
SOUP:
· 1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
· 3 plus large green onions
· 1 large can of beef broth (no fat)
· 1 pkg. Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle)
· 1 bunch of celery
· 2 cans green beans
· 2 lbs. Carrots
· 2 Green Peppers
Season with salt, pepper curry, parsley, if desired, or bouillon, hot or Worcestershire sauce. Cut veggies in small to medium pieces. Cover with water. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue to cook until veggies are tender.
This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry during the week. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat, the more you will lose. You may want to fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day.
DRINKS:
· Unsweetened juices
· Tea (also herbal)
· Coffee
· Cranberry juice
· Skim milk
· Water, water, water
DAY ONE
Any fruit (except bananas). Cantaloupes and watermelon are lower in calories than most other fruits. Eat only soup and fruit today.
DAY TWO
All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with fresh raw, cooked or canned veggies. Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas or corn. Eat veggies along with the soup. At dinnertime tonight reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. Don't eat any fruits through today.
DAY THREE
Eat all the soup, fruit and veggies you want. Do not have a baked potato. If you have eaten as above for three days and not cheated, you should find that you have lost 5-7 pounds.
DAY FOUR
Bananas and skim milk: Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can today, along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, as is the milk but on this particular day, your body will need the potassium and carbs. Proteins and calcium to lessen the cravings for sweets.
DAY FIVE
Beef and tomatoes: you may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes, or as many as 6 tomatoes on this day. Eat the soup at least once today.
DAY SIX
Beef and veggies, eat to your heart's content of the beef and veggies today. You can even have 2-3 steaks if you like with green leafy veggies but no baked potato. Be sure to eat the soup at least once today.
DAY SEVEN
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and veggies, again, be sure to stuff yourself and eat the soup. You can add cooked veggies to your rice if you wish.
By the end of the 7th day, if you have not cheated on this diet, you should have lost 10 to 17 pounds. If you have lost more than 17 pounds, stay off the diet for two days before resuming the diet again.
This diet is fast. The secret lies within the principle that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. This diet does not lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages at any time. Because of the fat build-up in your system. Go off the diet at least 14 hours before any intake of alcohol.
Due to the variety of digestive systems in individuals, this diet will affect everyone differently. After day three, you will have more energy than when you began, if you do not cheat. After being on the diet for several days, you will find that your bowel movements have changed. Eat a cup of bran or fiber. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find that you don't need caffeine after the third day.
The basic fat burning soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry during the seven days. Eat as much as you wish. Remember the more you eat, the more you will lose. You can eat broiled, boiled or baked chicken instead of the beef. Absolutely no skin on the chicken. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef on only one of the beef days. You need the high protein in the beef for the other days.
Continue on the diet as long as you wish and feel the difference both mentally and physically.

I started this diet today and this will be my second time doing it. I cheated like 5 out of the 7 days last time and still lost 5 lbs. My cousin cheated but was working out everyday and lost 7 lbs. My other cousin did not cheat, but did not work out but lost 15 lbs!!! It works....
I started today but altered my soup slightly. I got tired of the veggie soup like after the 2nd day so this time I made a chicken soup. I will still follow other rules of the diet but a tasty chicken soup will keep me from cheating like I did last time. Come on and try it with me?!??!!

Healthy Lifestyles
...and I have been slacking this whole week on my diet so it reminded me of where I want to be in 3 months. I really need to get it together. I have been trying to lose this belly fat on and off for a year or so. My weight went from 213 (Oct 2010) to 210 to 206 to 204 to 203 to 200 to 196.5 (Feb 2011).
*I have lost 16.5lbs since October*
- I would like to get to 160lbs-170lbs -
Just send prayers of strength my way because FOOD, unhealthy-processed- sodium filled, sugar filled, fried foods taste so good BUT after starting to eat all the opposite healthy foods, you realize the food that is good for you, may take more effort to prepare, but taste better and will help you to feel good in the long run. Gentlemen:
I greet you here on the bank of the James River in the year of our lord, one thousand seven hundred and twelve. First , I shall thank you, the gentlemen of the of the colony of Virginia, for bringing me here. I am here to help you solve some of your problems with slaves. Your invitation reached me in my modest plantation in the West Indies where I have experimented with some of the newest and still the oldest method for control of slaves. Ancient Rome would envy us if my program is implemented. As our boat sailed south on the James River, named for our illustrious KING JAMES, whose BIBLE we CHERISH, I saw enough to know that our problem is not unique. While Rome used cords or wood as crosses for standing human bodies along the old highways in great numbers, you are here using the tree and the rope on occasion.
I caught the whiff of a dead slave hanging from a tree a couple of miles back. You are losing valuable stock by hangings, you are having uprisings, slaves are running away, your crops are sometimes left in the fields too long for maximum profit, you suffer occasional fires, your animals are killed, Gentleman,...You know what your problems are; I do not need to elaborate. I am not here to enumerate your problems, I am here to introduce you to a method of solving them.
In my bag, I have a fool proof method for controlling your slaves. I guarantee everyone of you that if installed it will control the slaves for at least three hundred years. My method is simple, any member of your family or any OVERSEER can use it.
I have outlined a number of differences among the slaves, and I take these differences and make them bigger. I use FEAR, DISTRUST, and ENVY for control purposes. These methods have worked on my modest plantation in the West Indies, and it will work throughout the SOUTH. Take this simple little list of differences and think about them. On the top of my list is "AGE" but it is only there because it starts with an "A"; The second is"COLOR" or shade; there is INTELLIGENCE, SIZE, SEX, SIZE OF PLANTATION, ATTITUDE of owner, whether the slaves live in the valley, on a hill, east or west, north, south, have fine or coarse hair, or is tall or short. Now that you have a list of differences, I shall give you an outline of action- but before that, I shall assure you that DISTRUST IS STRONGER THAN TRUST, AND ENVY IS STRONGER THAN ADULATION, RESPECT OR ADMIRATION.
The black slave, after receiving this indoctrination, shall carry on and will become self-refueling and self-generating for hundreds of years, maybe thousands.
Don't forget you must pitch the old black VS. the young black males, and the young black male against the old black male. You must use the dark skinned slaves VS. the light skin slaves. You must use the female VS the male, and the male VS, the female. You must always have your servants and OVERSEERS distrust all blacks, but it is necessary that your slaves trust and depend on us.
Gentlemen, these kits are your keys to control, use them. Never miss an opportunity. My plan is guaranteed, and the good thing about this plan is that if used intensely for one year the slave will remain perpetually distrustful.

Albert Family Reunion Dinner 7/23/2010
Hey everyone! I am so tired right now and Im trying to keep busy so that I do not fall asleep where I stand. Im not able to bounce back from the partying like I used to be. This weekend was my Mother's side of the family, reunion. The Albert Family Reunion was a 4 day event and the video's below showcase sum great memories that my family and I will have to share for our children. We are a God Loving -Christian family that gets together every two - four years to spend time and reflect on how two people have all these decendents spanning to 7 generations. Here is a video of the dinner and talent show night that we held on friday.

R.I.P Thaddeus Ferrer
Thad at age 6 on Romper Room!
Thad's viewing will be on Friday, July 9th from 4:30-8:30pm at the Chapel of the Chimes, Mission Blvd. in Hayward, CA. The funeral services and internment will be held there also at 1:30pm on Saturday.
